Show CAD Model Button greyed out

For some reason the show CAD model button greyed out on all of the programs.
Cannot select any surfaces on the cad, the features association with the cad model were lost.
I looked at the model comparison, feature entities not found.

Tried creating a new test program, loaded cad model (show cad model button is still active), selected some surfaces to create features, then save it, after saving the measurement plan, the cad model disappeared and the show cad model button is greyed out.

I'm using Calypso 2019 6.8.2412 offline seat with service pack 6.
Seeking your help on how to fix this issue.

Have you tried healing the model?

Try going to File-Load Settings. Model should be the item active. I had Calypso 2016 automatically turn No model on once.

This does the trick, everything went just fine, entities were back, and can select surfaces now.
