Possible to find transition point between Cylinder & Slope with PCM

Currently we are working on something for a customer that looks very much like a bullet. There is a cylindrical OD that tapers into a slope. Would it be possible to tram the bullet and find the exact point that it starts to transition from the OD to the slope? How would I do that?

A kink Point should work for this. You will need curve. I haven't done it
in a while. Someone else should be able to help with the construction.
