CMM does not record data

I wonder if somebody could help me with an issue with recording data in CMMObserver.
I use simple script for downloading data from CMMObserver\ProgramDurationRecord.XML. Problem is that we have 3 identical machines with identical versions of Calypso and result is bellow:
Machine 1 - does not collect any data at all
Machine 2 - does not collect data from 14.08.2024
Machine 3 - does not collect data from 04.09.2024

Does anybody know what to check/do to run recording again?

Monitoring Start/Stop was off. I activated it but after 3 days of running, no change.
