Globally view all Alignments of Features?

Is there a way to see and edit all alignments that features use without editing each feature individually?

I have a post inquiring the use of PCM and had some great help, but some variables do not work and I haven't had time to investigate it.

And to add on to this as it was my first question when I discovered it, changing an alignment here is the equivalent of changing it with "Keep Position" off.

Also also, lol, you can do something similar in Resources - Characteristics Settings Editor - Characteristics (Nominal Data) - Primary Datum - where you select the GD&T Characteristic and you can type the Alignment you want to use into it.

I think nowadays there is a checkbox for "keep position" there.
