And to add on to this as it was my first question when I discovered it, changing an alignment here is the equivalent of changing it with "Keep Position" off. Also also, lol, you can do something similar in Resources - Characteristics Settings Editor - Characteristics (Nominal Data) - Primary Datum - where you select the GD&T Characteristic and you can type the Alignment you want to use into it.
