The struggle! XXT System error

There always seems to be something going on when starting at a new company.
So this CMM is a Contura with an XXT head, my least favorite head by the way. Anytime I do ANYTHING with a stylus system, any of the existing or a brand new one I created, I get this error box that pops up. I don't know how to read error boxes but I do see something that says "update machine angles" but I don't know what that means.
Any help, I'm dead in the water.
Anytime I calibrate a stylus, load or park a stylus, create an angle, qualify the new angle, I get this error. I can't run a program or even do a manual alignment without getting this error.

Like Charles said, make sure you on are current Service Pack. If you are on current SP, please contact support so a SW Help Desk Applications Engineer can assist directly.

Screenshots of the errors are helpful as well.

So the unthinkable happened, the program fixed itself.
I shut down Calypso a couple times on Monday and Tuesday for various reasons, but when I started up on Wednesday the problem was gone.
So I may be dealing with a intermittent problem or maybe it's fixed itself.
Hope for the best I guess.

I really despise intermittent that "fix themselves". you never know. Id rather have a nice attributable cause followed by action to resolve a problem. Feels better at the end of the day.

I had an Accura at my last job that every 3 month or so would refuse to home. If you had to shut the CMM down for any reason, most of the time it would come back up no problem, sometimes it would over travel in +Y and shut down. If it over traveled once, it was sure to over travel 20 or 30 more times until finally it would just just fix itself and would be fine for the next 3 to 6 months. Drove me nuts!

We have a GageMax that is similar except in X. I have to position the head so that it homes by hitting X last and doesn't ride along it, turn the speed down so it's barely moving as it approaches the limits, and hold the reset and drive on buttons...

But then it'll be good for another 3 months. We had it adjusted so it would stop doing that, and for a year or two it worked, but the problem reappeared, it's not too hard to deal with once you know.
