Installed new version calypso 2024 now get error message

Just upgraded to 2024 calypso and now when we run the CMM in autorun we keep getting this error message at the end of run. If I just run the program without in autorun it runs ok. Any ideas. ( see attach. ) Will call tech support but to early yet.

Just an FYI. Called Zeiss tech support nobody called back, had our IT department look at. They found that the service pack was causing the error. So if you use autorun just download the full version and not service pack. Wait till updated service pack comes out.
