[Pa...] Posted July 8, 2024 Share Posted July 8, 2024 we've ran into a very weird issue with one of our Accuras, where when we return from the weekend and boot up the CMM, load the Master Probe to do calibrations the Master Probe is "corrupted" as best i can figure, and the stylus geometry is set to "Temperature Stylus" with no other option to set it to like "sphere". It fails to calibrate on the reference sphere in this current state. this is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 2 weeks, the only way we could figure out how to fix it the 1st time was to delete the master probe entirely and re-calibrate everything to the "New" Master Probe. anyone have any idea what could be causing this? or a solution to restore this master probe without having to set up a new one?
