Incomplete protocol parameters Piweb reporting does not support quantity mode

Hi MeasuringHero team, this is my fisrt post/request. 😃 😃

I ask for your help from the community, since I currently have a problem with my Calypso, when I need to run the programs it shows me an error "Incomplete protocol parameters Piweb reporting does not support quantity mode"
If I select the "Yes" option the program runs.
But it is a bit complicated to always be running this option.
All programs have this problem, I thought it was a Calypso version issue, I had 7.0 and today the Zeiss service engineer updated it to version 7.4 and the problem is still the same.
