True Position- Datum construction

I am having trouble with the TP results, getting a +tol of 1005.46mm. How do I construct Datum-B-? Should I trust the 10.30mm results? See attached rough draft.

Use best-fit bore pattern on 3 holes for Datum B allowing rotation and translation, then use best-fit bore pattern for the larger hole referencing |A| Primary and best-fit |B| secondary without allowing either rotation or translation but using MMC and MMB

Thanks for responding! Datum-A- is a plane that Z origin is aligned, X and Y origin to the Bolt Circle for base alignment. FCF is the dimensioned hole center 6.4MMC to the -A- plane and -B-MMC of 3x holes. I attached the settings I used.
