Creating new machine tab?

I am trying to write a program offline for a machine using a different head configuration (Vast XXT vs. Vast XT), but am unable to load in the applicable pcf files for the head as they are not recognized. I wanted to create a new machine tab and set it up, but I can't seem to remember how to do it. The only options available under the File drop down are Save or Save and Exit. Thanks in advance.

Here is a link to setting a machine tabs. I would pay attention to sensor type selection if you want to play with different sensor types.
