add text line in report

What is the fastest way to add a text line above a characteristic in you report. Like "These holes ref only"

I had tried that first and it didn't work. I was wondering if i have to change something in the printing output or make a custom report. I'm just printing to a default directory with Piweb type of standard protocol pdf report

Michael is correct in that the text elements need to be turned on explicitly. The main reason I am posting is to clarify that it doesn't work in all versions. I think this option was first available in Calypso 7.2. Here is a knowledge base article on it for future reference:

In previous versions, Rick's solution is really the only way. In the particular context here, I think it might be a bit clearer anyway.
