Median filter

Hi,

I would like to know the details of the median filter (in Check Dimension (Curve)) to indicate it in a paper. What are the indicated units in that filter? The total points considered at calculate the median?

Hello Guillermo,

i guess you are talking about the inspection curve length? 

You creating a ranked list of all inspection values of each stage. Then the SW changed the value with the highest difference to the median value with the median value. 

You can check it in the direct help with a example.
