Strange Perpendicularity callout

What exactly are they asking for here on these perpendicularity callouts? normally I see it called out on a single surface like the face of a part.

Hello Dustin,

Based on the print, I would think it's asking for the perpendicularity of the symmetry plane (since callout seems to be related to the arrows). What I would probably do is measure both planes as normal, create a symmetry plane feature (features>special features>symmetry plane), and then use recall feature points in that feature to get the data from both of the planes creating the symmetry play. From there, you should be able to use the symmetry plane in the perpendicularity callout as normal.
