Trihedron missing on cad model

I have a question. My offline seat now, when I make a program, does not have the trihedron visible. If I go and click on All Visible, it appears, but as soon as I hit save, it disappears. When I call the program up on the machine I want to run the program on, it is missing. Again, I go and click All Visible and it appears, as soon as I hit save, it vanishes. What am I doing wrong? It has just started happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know it is something simple that I am missing, but cannot get it to stay visible. Thanks.

This sounds like a graphics issue. Try this:

Right click desktop and choose Nvidia control panel

Choose "manage 3d settings" on the left menu

From the global pulldown select "autodesk motion builder compatible"

hit apply

restart Calypso

If you do not see an Nvidia Control Panel, you most likely do not have an Nvidia card installed which is a requirement for Calypso.

I want to say I also saw this issue and if my memory serves correct it may have been resolved by updating myself to the latest CALYPSO Service Pack.

If you haven't tried this already for your version of CALYPSO it may be worth a try at the very least.
