[St...]
Hello Community, We notice that, for example, when we carry out an R&R study procedure 3 (measuring 15 components 3x), the measurement results are not transferred correctly into Q-DAS (Solara) and this causes frustration among my colleagues. As a temporary solution, we first transfer the measurement results to Excel, make the necessary adjustments and ultimately copy the measurement results from Excel to Q-DAS (QS-STAT Solara) to obtain a correct R&R evaluation. In our opinion, this is a serious workaround and this data transfer should be done in a simpler way. Does anyone have experience with how the configuration between Calypso and the Q-DAS interface can be implemented correctly? Does anyone here have instructions for setting this configuration correctly? Thanks in advance!

[Je...]
Please sign in to view this quote. . Steve, I appreciate your question. I don't have an in-Calypso solution for you, but you could use an external script(s) (batch, python, powershell, etc.) to automatically look at the output directory and convert the formatting of Calypso's output into a way that works for your specific Q-DAS needs and then send it to Q-DAS solara.MP. I agree that Calypso should have a simpler, more-effective process for data output. A great solution would be for Zeiss to provide a helper module that allows the user to create customized formatting to specifically define how exported data looks. The closest option at present is the multiple reports window, but this doesn't help the user fine tune the formatting of the exported data for Q-DAS and similar. .
