[Li...]
I recently got a new laptop. We got Calypso working, but interaction with CAD models is not going so well. There is some NVIDIA installed but my IT guy is saying that NVIDIA stopped offering their control panel function so we are unable to adjust anything for a proper CAD model interaction. Has anyone else had an issue like this in the recent months? What is the correction for this? Installed is NVIDIA RTX/Quadro Driver Release R550 U1 (DCH)
[Th...]
It still exists, but it's offered via the Windows app store now. Driver installation is supposed to fetch it automatically. You can probably just get it off the app store yourself.

[Je...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Hi Lincoln. Define "New" laptop. Is it new out-of-the-box or reassigned from another employee. What are the specs (processor, memory, video card, storage)?
[Li...]
I found this online hoping it would help... https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers ... process-of It didn't really help. May have got a little better, but still not working correctly 100% of the time. I end up deleting a lot of features and trying again and again to get the feature I am looking for. This is a brand new laptop.
