What does "Recall" Do?

Quick Question: If I Create a 3D Line with "Recall" and select two cylinders that are nominally coaxial, what will the 3D line "recall"? The midpoint of the cylinders' axes? The measured "zero" points of the features?

I'm not sure, but the midpoint of each cyl axis would make the most sense. So, knowing Calypso, it's probably not that ! 🤣

I just tried it in planner, and it looks like it's from the mid-point of each cylinder.

Yes, its like when measuring a Cartesian distance.. its a centroid to centroid measurement. It may also be a good idea to project that 3d line to a parallel plane if you want to eliminate the a1/a2 angles created from your recalled 3d line.
