Calypso 17 offline Dongle and Windows 11

Question,
I have been running Calypso 17 offline seat (dongle) on my Win 11 laptop without issue for about a year now until about last week.
As a company, we have a lot of security measures and apparently, my dongle driver no longer clears these security measures.

I would get an error that states 963_375fde83b85bbf1d5a47eb496f0234da.png
Has anyone else had this issue?
I.T. had to disable all the core isolation and memory integrity features that were preventing the dongle from working.

The first thing to check would be do you see the little red light lit up on the dongle? You can attempt to reinstall the Dongle drivers via the CALYPSO 2017 install media ZEISS CALYPSO 2017 full version\Tools\Cbsetup\CBUSetup.exe. Maybe the a manual driver installation will go better then the automatic? Fingers Crossed

It is lighting up. I will have to find the setup discs as that file is not in the directory on my PC.

I.T. ended up disabling the memory integrity and that didn't fully work so they ended up shutting down all securities on my laptop for the time being and said "Don't do anything stupid, because your computer is no longer protected".

I will definitely try the dongle support

The old setup discs won't work, I've now done about a dozen new Windows 11 PCs and on all of them using the new Dongle driver from the manufacturer works just fine.

Since Zeiss still isn't supporting Windows 11, even though its nearing 3 years old and you almost can't buy a Windows 10 PC period anymore I doubt anywhere Zeiss will have the solution. Thankfully the manufacturer of the dongle does.

Good to know regarding the manufacturer of the dongle. Although ZEISS development hasn't released an official statement as of yet the tentative plan is that the next releases of CALYPSO 7.6 service packs, 7.8, etc... will be Win 11 compatible.
