Detect open measuring programmes

Hey Community.

i was wondering if it its possible to detect if a programm is open by a Calypso instance. Like a file that is added or some Data that is altert while the programm is in use.

My plan is to write a script to move around the programms to a different folder. But only when all instances are closed.

Did someone attempt such a thing?

If program is opened in programing window, then in inspection folder is used folder "temp" for geoactuals - once it's closed, this folder is empty.
