How would one get this true position callout?

I am guessing a geometric best fit alignment centered on -A-, allowing rotation only around Z for the three holes. But then how does one allow for the shift tolerance that could be permitted by A and B?

You can use Symmetry point. Then in TP window place to alignment your A and B - circles and cylinders will alow here usage of material condition. And don't forget to set material condition for Symmetry Point too.

Also position with diametral zone on a slot ??.. .hmmm.... 🙄

Probably should be one axis only.

for the 3 holes - you probably want to use a pattern rather than 3 different position characteristics - Calypso will rotate 3 different ways - good for getting things in tolerance - not so good in reality at assembly... 🤣

Good luck.

Since I have to position it to an alignment because of -B- being a 3 circle pattern, how do you account for the (m) shift tolerance on both -A- and -B-?

Yup diametral zone on a slot. It is from a 1970's microfilm print so it just be like that sometimes.

I did put a symmetry point for my TP in one axis, otherwise it doesn't even accept mmc if the shape of zone is diametral. And for the three holes used a pattern so Calypso does allow for the (m) on -A-.

I just cant figure how to cleanly get a position for the slot using the (m) on both A and B. Our engineer says just add the bonuses from mmc and A and B to the total tolerance (so a maximum in this case of .005 + .005mmc + .010 [from A] + .005 [from B] ). But that sounds super wrong.
