Cant get same value with hard tooling

I'm having trouble getting my CMM values to match up with what I'm able to measure with hand tools, specifically the .219 dimension on the .125 hole. I am using a 2mm stylus to probe -B- and -C- and a 0.5mm stylus to probe -A- and the .125 hole. Any help would be appreciated.

How do you measure it by hand?
You know you can not place a part on B base and measure height right?

In similar situations I use a system I call "Localizing", using points to measure where someone would grab with a caliper/micrometer/height gage.
If you are checking it by hand you are probably using a Height gage & pin or a Drop/Dial indicator, so you're getting the distance from the hole to the surface right next to the hole, which may be different than the origin of your measured cylinders.
So use a formula or alignment to take a point even with the centerline of your 125 hole, then use Caliper distance and see if that's closer to what you get with hand tools.
