I've never had issues updating a license via the Portal and then activating it through the ZLMT but since this latest version came out I get an error saying the activation license doesn't exist or already exists. [Ab...] Posted May 10 Share Posted May 10 Hello Shawn, you can call 1 800 327-9735 to make a ticket and we can take a look at it, sometimes the license server does not go through right and we have to manually export the license file and send you, its not always this case but rarely this does happen and if you get this error just call our hotline 1 800 327-9735 for ticket to be made and will be able to help you. [Ca...] Posted May 10 Share Posted May 10 The main reasons that a license will activate on the back end, but then not pull onto your system (which is what is happening when you get that message), is if you're not running in admin mode (right click on the ZLMT icon and select run as admin when first opening the ZLMT) or security could be blocking the license attempt. If you're getting this on all of your systems, even running in admin mode, I would recommend licensing using the offline method and the portal rather than the "with internet" option. This would prevent anything from getting blocked when being sent to your system.
