O-Inspect 5423 XXT to camera to XXt

I am trying to run a program that starts with a touch probe for rough alignment, then the camera for actual alignment, then back to the probe to measure the part.
The issue is occurs when the program tries to reload the tip system after the camera.
The head stops at the system magazine and eventually shows a "Stylus system change False pick up point" error.
When I delete the current system then "Load stylus from holder", the probe system loads correctly.
The program ran fine last week and the only other program used was with the camera and the dot scan probe without a tip probe system. .
The program has not been changed as far as I can determine.
I have limited programming experience on an O-Inspect so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
