Help with Alignment and Position

Could someone please tell me how i should set up the alignment(s) to report this position correctly? I've been having major trouble getting the nominals to report correctly.

Make allignment as usual - Cylinder B as primary, circle on cylinder E - then go special and use rotation by 40°deg.

Those intersection are not important. Use circle or cylinder if you wish ( or what it is, just obtain midddle axis ) and use caliper distance with new alignment. Perhaps there is simple distance where you can specify alignment too.

I don't think you'll get the nominal 18.3 even if you rotate it 40° because that nominal is coming from datum E. But the true position is coming from Datum| B | E|
So the nominal will be displaying from datum B to that circle.
I think.

Try doing | E | B | with the rotation of 40° just as a test and it should give you that 18.3.
