PCM Start Parameter define or not ?

Hello everyone,
I program a lot with PCM. Since CALYPSO 7.6 I have had a problem or not.Exactly I can't say.
Short description.
I define many of my own parameters for calculations, nominal dimensions, tolerances, etc. in the presettings. I divide the characteristics into groups, depending on the measurement task required for the item to be measured.
If I try to process a group, the test plan stops with the error message that the test plan does not know parameters.
However, these are parameters from other groups.!
If I create a start file with all of my own parameters, defined to a default value, in my case "0", the test plan works.
Why do I have to define all my own parameters in advance to a starting value?
Is such a procedure known or what is going on?

Possible that the undefined parameters report "Null" and adding a default numeric value allows calculations to continue with out an error?
