[Ja...] Posted April 23 Share Posted April 23 It's not just me?! 🤣 I have noticed a reduction in speed since I was unable to access the forums for a few days about a month ago. I wonder if they switched servers or something? Some days it is okay and others I can do a couple of laps around the shop floor waiting for a page to load when I'm not hit with the occasional 504 gateway timeout. Our team is working on this to improve the reliability. I am not aware of the full impact but there was an update to a core service of the ZEISS PORTAL a few weeks ago that appears to have an unintended impact on the ZEISS Community Forum. Our team in Oberkochen is actively working on the issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding. FYI - Your locale is not impacting the service and utilizing a VPN will not produce a change.
