There is such a thing as a Controlled Radius. Not sure if that's what the C means here? Usually its "CR".

1 - This seems to make the most sense..
2 - Thats weird 🤣 Why not just use +/-
3 - I would presume that it's a bilateral zone... but I hate to make assumptions.

Yeah as formerly mentioned, my guess is Tolerance.
Maybe tangent to outer edges on the radius?
Do you have contact to the original designer/manufacture?

Josef, it could be from ISO standard related to part material.
Is it plastic?

Hello Mark,

Your specifications would make sense, but I'm still unsure.
Why a "C" for a chamfer when it is already indicated as a chamfer by the 1 x 45° dimension?
I have never seen this designation in the ISO standard myself.

Thank you all for the tips, no it is not plastic (stainless steel), yes we have contact on manufacturer, but asking for explanation is little bit complicated here... It looks like it is not any kind of standard and if it is kind of bilateral tolerance zone, then all should be ok, because we mill/turn it nicely and precisely 😉
