Saving Error?

Hey everyone, after running a program I'm getting this error. The results then do not save to where we designated them to, a folder isn't created, instead a blank document is there labeled with the part number.

Any ideas?

One thing I see is a double slash after 5128, which might be messing up the file path?

Beyond that I would have IT make sure that the folder has proper permissions allowing read and write, and check that the blank document is also not open anywhere, which would prevent it from being overwritten. If none of those, I would have IT check if that specific file is corrupted, which can cause all sorts of weirdness.
