[Er...] Posted April 4 Share Posted April 4 Hello Zeiss community, I've been experiencing issues with my probe calibration. Almost every time we switch user login and start Calypso, and go to Manage stylus system we get a notification that the current probe will be reset. Also, the features do not measure correctly, 3 points on a plane and it displays a circle, incorrect vector points, etc Not sure what is causing this, but I have to shutdown and recalibrate every time this happens. For starters I would double check that you have the most recent CALYPSO Service Pack installed from the ZEISS Poral > Download Center for your respective version of CALYPSO. https://portal.zeiss.com/knowledge-base?id=860897 Otherwise it may be a good idea to give ZEISS hardware a call to ensure your probehead is in good health. [Br...] Posted April 9 Share Posted April 9 Another thing to consider is User privileges. Right click on the Calypso Icon from the desktop, and hit "run as admin". Many times when a user doesn't have enough read/write privilege, Calypso can not write to a file to update it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
