[DW...]
I want to say this is available by using the Zeiss Smart Services app. It's been a minute, so that could have changed. You download it from the portal. It was free when I used it years ago, probably have to pay now.

[An...]
We have only been using Zeiss Smart Services for two years. During installation, the total time of the machine since it was commissioned was taken over.
[Ca...]
Hello! The lifetime total runtime of machine can also be found by running an ediag. If you're looking for just a one time readout, you can also contact your helpdesk or regional service manager and see if they would be able to pull an ediag and interpret the results with you. Thanks!
[Mi...]
You can found the result of your CMM machine from Zeiss Smart Services or....... - Close the program Calypso - Open the program C99 Data Collector Ediag (Start --> Zeiss CMM tools) - Start the program with the green button - Wait the results - Extract the .zip folder created - Searching the file: D106ltd.txt In that file you could find the time of working machine and the distance.
