As we continue to expand our operations, we want to collaborate with experienced CMM programmers on a contract basis for remote projects. We are seeking highly skilled CMM programmers who can work on a contract basis remotely to assist with programming measurement routines, leveraging the Zeiss Cookbook and best practices. Responsibilities include developing precise measurement programs using Zeiss Calypso software, conducting graphical analyses such as CAD presentations, and providing turnkey measurement routines tailored to client specifications. Requirements: - Proficiency in programming measurement programs using Zeiss Calypso software, with a strong understanding of the Zeiss Cookbook and best practices. - Experience utilizing advanced Zeiss Calypso software features, including Curve and Freeform, to accurately capture and analyze complex geometries. - Must have an active license of Zeiss Calypso, 2020 or later. - In-depth knowledge of engineering drawings, ASME, ISO, CAD models, and GD&T. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to provide estimates of service on a per-project basis. - Flexibility to work on a contract basis remotely, with the availability to take on projects as needed.
