[Da...]
We have a customer callout of concentricity from a Cylinder to another Cylinder. Calypso doesn't want to do that. Should we report total runout in place of the concentricity? 😕 Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/5926-gdampt-question-again/ Share on other sites
[Ju...]
Have you tried converting the cylinders to circles? Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/5926-gdampt-question-again/#findComment-22264 Share on other sites
[Ri...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Concentricity only applies to a center point, not an axis, so the feature will have to be a Circle. You can use Coaxiality though if you want Cylinder to Cylinder. [Ch...]
Are you 100% sure its not intended as Coaxality? Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/5926-gdampt-question-again/#findComment-22268 Share on other sites
[Da...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Cylinder 1 is the datum, cylinder 2 has the tolerance. I understand the callout is to a circle. I have 3 circles on cyl. 2 , do I report 3 numbers or should I check 3 and find the worst one and only report that 1 ?
