True position callout +/0.5|X|Y|Z|?

It looks like the graphics for that true position are not pulling in correctly, since the position symbol is missing the circle, my best guess is that the diametral tolerance zone is missing the circle as well. So, based on circles missing from the graphics, I would guess that that should be a true position with a diametral tolerance zone of 0.5 back to datums X,Y, Z if that makes sense for the rest of the print. Best bet would be to ask the designer to ensure that is correct.
