Using Planner, and the VAST head is rotated some odd degrees.

I don't know how this happened, but it happened right after simulating a run on a feature.
Now the entire VAST head is rotated to some angle.
Is there a fix other than uninstall/re-install?
The program measures everything like it should.

Adding to this.
I had to go into the Measurement tab, Base / Start Alignment and disable/enable "Set base alignment to zero".
Then ran a simulation which corrected the stylus.
I then had to disable/enable the Z mast which correct the Z mast.
