Touch Probe Geometry Transformation

Is it possible to keep touch probed geometry like a plane or a circle associated with a Scan Measurement Series and then later transform that same Scan Measurement Series with the probed geometry into another Photogrammetry Measurement Series?

What i am trying to do:

We captured data on assembled hardware with photogrammetry and structured light. The hardware was disassembled at a later date. The data capture of the disassembled hardware was captured in a separate project file. The data capture consisted of structured light and probed geometry. When the second data capture session(disassembled hardware) was combined with the initial data capture session(assembled hardware) the touch probed geometry from the second session does not transform. The scan data transforms but not the touch probe data.
