Probe data into csv

Hello,

so now i got the first version of LUA script to print probe data from programs.

Big thanks to Karsten Kankowski for sending some samples.

Git is not fully setup for README, but main thingy is there 😉
Contains:

• LUA 5.1-win32
• Libraries needed for the script
• The script itself and its settings

Any ideas or comments are welcome.
If anyone is interested, I can prepare an xml converter for better work with files. This would be in the form of a DLL where the output would be text, so anyone can use their own xml parser from their languages.
