CMM error message

Anyone know what's the error message is all about? I got the wrong error message so I updated the screenshot

Check the connection of the cord on your controller, if you are on a network check that connection as well. Turn off your computer and CMM and then restart them. If it still won't connect you may have a problem with your motherboard.

What was happening when this error appeared? you need to give a lot more information.

I'm pretty positive I've seen the "division by 0 not allowed error" due to PCM code errors

After that error message, I can't go any further. No worries, I'm waiting approval to purchase SMA.

I'm willing to bet this error is not something you need SMA to fix. You have minimal responses here because you didn't give us anything to go on.

I think I accidentally closed the calypso software. I realized that only stop light and the status window was only opened therefore I close those 2 windows. When I open Calypso, everything looks normal when opening the SW, stop light and status window opened and then when header parked to home position then that's where the error message popped up. Tried reboot PC, checked cables etc... still unable to resolve.
