Yes, but it requires you to modify the template. Go into Multiple Report window and click the Pencil Icon at middle right. Click Generic Templates and save the template as StandardProtocolBackup (this will make sense later in the post) or whatever name you want. Make note of the location of where the template is stored.

PiWeb designer will open. If not, check the task bar at the bottom and click it to bring it up. Click the Page Structure tab on left side. Click the small triangle next to Protocol to open up the list. Scroll down and select Protocol footer at bottom. Click Properties tab at left. Un-tick Output (Monitor) and Output (print) options. Click save. Close editor. You should be back at Multiple Reports window. Click the Monitor icon at top to see what report looks like.

You will need to select this template for any program that you want to use this report. To make it the default template for any program, old or new, you will need to move or copy this template from the place you saved it to the default location, C:\ Program Files (x86)\Zeiss\Calypso X.X\ PiWebReportingTemplates. My suggestion would be to save your template with a special name, i.e. StandardProtocolBackup.ptx because anytime you update the software, StandardProtocol.ptx will be overwritten with original file, thus loosing your template. If you save it with a unique name, it will remain after the software update. You will just need to delete the StandardProtocol template. Copy and paste YOUR template. Rename the copy to StandardProtocol. That way you'll always have your original modified template. If you're old enough and know DOS and how to write a batch file, you could automate this process.
