PMI Import from STEP AP242

I'm hoping to get a little feedback on an issue I'm having regarding the import of PMI from a STEP AP242 file. We recently upgraded to NX 2212 from NX 12 which has an improved translator for AP242 output. The improvement has been noticeable when importing PMI into Calypso for program building, but I am still running into a lack of information being translated. When I import my PMI it all comes in as PMI planes. The program can still be built and it tends to grab all of the features and characteristics fairly well. However, naming conventions and GD&T tend to be problematic. On a related related note, when I add my base alignment the part "shifts" and all of the text from the PMI gets shifted away from the dimension lines and FCF. Am I missing something simple or is there a deeper understanding I need here?
