[To...]
Is there a way to keep the same value for a pallet position in the header? For example. Running a part made from a mold. There are 8 cavities in the mold. I have a pallet program to run the 8 parts. I want to assign each position with a cavity number so I can sort results in PiWeb by cavity number. I put 1 thru 8 for each in the "cavity" field for each 8 position. However, when I go to run the next set of 8, the cavity numbers are blank. I'd like the numbers to stay. [Ma...]
Can you set up cavity in predefinition? Select pallet program -> Define Measurement Plan parameters -> Printout header data Fill all positions.

[To...]
Ok, more on this same topic. Instead of pre-loading the cavity numbers, is is possible to have the selected pallet positions recorded as the cavity number. For example, there are 10 positions on the pallet. Periodically, the customer needs to randomly select X number of pallet positions. I assume the pre-stored cavity numbers will do the job, but those numbers appear to be "editable" and we would like to remove that variability. [To...]
Ok, the nest number is working fine but let's say there are values that change with every pallet run. For example, a fixture holding 10 parts has a new Lot # with every run. I would like to enter the Lot # in the input parameters window of the 1st pallet location but want that number to automatically carry over to the other 9 pallet locations. [Ma...]
Please sign in to view this quote. If you set that as palette, then it won't change - you have to fill it on all places. Unless PCM is used. I wonder what happen if you wil fill first entry, then other would have asterisk ( * - same as increment part number )
