[Hu...] Posted February 7 Share Posted February 7 Hello, I am running having issues all of the sudden with the qualification of our probes. The S Qual. is usually running 0.0005 and below for our XYZ probe. We are using the newest version of calypso software for our Accura Vast XT. I have changed all three probes and cleaned the calibration ball. The Master probe calibrates just fine at 0.0002, hopefully someone can help us out. Please the results below of the calibration of our (500) stylus with the 3 probes. Radius S Qual. Z - 50mm 0.0012 1.5011 Y+ 65mm 0.0017 2.0012 X- 50mm 0.0005 (This probe is okay) 1.5009 Thank you Jim Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Ri...] Posted February 7 Share Posted February 7 Turn your probing dynamics down and also your probing force. If the results get better you know it is a probe rigidity issue. If it doesn't then it is something else. The fact that your MasterProbe still qualifies well leads me to believe it's not the head/qualification sphere.
