[Ha...]
Hi. I´ve planned on doing some changes to my program offline. But when i try to run the program offline i get this warning message. In the CMM the program works fine. I don´t have any blocked edges set. And the BA is set to zero. Does anyone know what i can do to get this to work offline aswell. Thanks in advance // HannesCalypso_clearance_error.PNG
[Mi...]
Go to: Plan-->Navigation-->Block edges.. How is the block?

[Da...]
Try setting up your part in the center of the machine volume in offline-mode. Maybe you are too close to the virtual edges of the machine volume.
[Ha...]
I feel like i may have found a root cause of the issue. It seems like my RT-axis is way out of position. How can i move the part in the offline environment like u suggested?Axis_pos.PNG
[Cl...]
Do you think that the rotary being out of position is the reason for this? Do you have PCM? Place this in your post settings. It will return the rotary to zero. rotateReference(0)
[Mi...]
Maybe could be the problem with rotable table. But, when you added the file CAD for the first time, you flipped the CAD like your thinking BaseAlignment with CAD-->Modification-->CAD Model Transformation? [No...]
Please sign in to view this quote. There's a button in the simulation window, I think it's the rightmost in the bottom row. With this you can move and rotate your part relative to the CMM. Make sure to keep "drag base alignment" checked all the time. However, I have no experience with how to handle a rotary table in Planner.
[Mi...]
Another thing to try is Resources>Utilities>Set Base Alignment to zero If anything about the Base Alignment has changed you will often have to select that in planner. I similarly have no experience with a rotary table in planner.
