Cylindricity measuring

I have to measure Cylindricity of a Ø19mm bore with a 8mm depth and hold a .005mm tolerance.
1st Question.
Is the Acura Cmm capable of holding this tolerance?
2nd Question.
What is the best method to measure this that you guys have found?
Here is what I have tried:
First: 3 individual circles recalled into a Cylinder
Second: Measure a Cylinder with 3 circles
Third: Measure a Cylinder with a Helix path 3 revolutions'.
Let me know what has worked for you guys with such a tight tolerance.

I think better would be Micura, but Accura with XT head should be usable.
I believe you meant 0,005mm tolerance - certainly avoid helix.

Not sure if single points would be better than scan ( time / accuracy )

We require cylindricity on most of the parts we produce. I almost always use 3 or more individual circles and recall the points into a cylinder. remember that filters and outliers will have to be entered for the cylinder, and tic the connect segments box in the filter settings.
One of the advantages to running individual circles (for us) is the ability to ask for roundness and size of each of the circles. Cylindricity kind of combines size differences, roundness, and straightness. If cylindricity is out of tolerance, then you can look at the individual circles and determine WHY the cylindricity is bad Much more quickly and comprehensively than looking at a chart.

Because of your tolerance, make sure the part is fixtured securely, and your probes are as sturdy as possible. .005 should be easy. We hold 0.00127 (.000050") all day with our Micuras.
