[SH...]
Best fit bore pattern can be used for this like hexagonal shape part, l have planned to create three symmetry planes .l don't have cad model. Is it possible to formula for MMC and MMB?IMG_20240201_141723.jpg
[Ma...]
Would it be possible with symmetry points? I don't have chance to test it on part. There is symmetry plane, but i think points will be better. Due to dimension i think it shell not be done with one circle inscribed. Edit: Once i looked into that. They want to have perfect hexagon on smallest thickness - so make 3x symmetry plane make 3 intersections with each plane all 3 should be in 0,36 (M) to A each should be 0(M) from each intersection - not sure how to implement this "simultaneously"
[Mi...]
I don't know if there is a real standard to follow for this...but my thoughts are to try and treat this like a circle. Forgetting that it's a hexagon, a 6 point circle path 1 point hitting each flat.. which would have the same diameter as the distance between the flats. But now it's simply a circle, built the two BFBP's with MMC/MMB and all that set correctly?
