[Ad...] Posted September 17, 2020 Share Posted September 17, 2020 Recently upgraded to Calypso 2020 on a couple of our Conturas.....I'd like to have the CMMs use our default file location when we select File ->Open to get a new measurement plan. Instead when File-> Open is selected the location goes last folder opened which is inside the measurement plan folder that contains the geoactuals/idmeaspoints/runs/temp. Is there anyway to have it just open the folder that contains our measurement plans directly? [Ri...] Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 Two options: - Create a quick link to you inspections folder to have quick access to the folder - Build an AutoRun for them to use; this will ensure that they only run the measurement plans that you want them to run either way. My machine was doing this also and a Zeiss tech was clicking around and suddenly it start going to the correct path instead of the last program opened. My offline seat was doing the same thing and now it corrected itself. We got a different computer and installed 2020 again and copied all settings over and it is not opening in default location, but opened the last measurement program again. To me this seems like a software bug as it only started when I installed Calypso 2020. All prior versions went to the full program folder, not the last one opened. I have compared both computers and all of the settings are the same. Hopefully Zeiss can figure this out soon because it is very annoying. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Ch...] Posted March 14, 2022 Share Posted March 14, 2022 CALYPSO is designed do go to the Default Path for Measurement Plans after a fresh Calypso start. However after opening a measurement plan it will always opens to the last directory used. There was an issue with new installs of CALYPSO 2020 where instead of going to the last directory used it would open in the last measurement plan folder used. This can typically be corrected by opening a measurement plan from another drive or server and then opening the original measurement plan folder again. If I understand that picture correctly, than it's basic Calypso interface and not Autorun. What about AAI on same settings? Not sure if AAI is what is referred to.
