O inspect lost 0.5 camera qualification

We have an o inspect, and the 0.5 camera qualification is no longer valid. I can't run the program glass template program because the optic is not qualified. When I run the camera qualification from the probing system qualifications menu it appears to go through, as in a message displays that the camera is qualified, but the status is still unqualified. If I rerun the qualification manually it tells me it is already qualified and asks if I want to overwrite. And the cycle continues. Has anyone run into this, and what was done to correct it?

Did you ever find a solution for this? I'm running into this exact problem with out o-inspect

I would try one of the following:

1. Qualify the camera as a tactile stylus

2. Run the TOA program for the affected zoom level, then follow up with the chrome-dot plate

 

3. Re-create the camera stylus from scratch, starting with the TOA program, followed up with the chrome-dot, and run the TOA once more.
