[Da...]
The place I used to work does a lot of checking with space points. Where I'm at now doesn't, so I haven't used SPs in a while. Please correct me if I am wrong, but a space point will display the amount of stock (+) or the lack of stock(-) on the surface point you selected. It doesn't matter if it's an ID type location or an OD type of check, It displays missing or additional stock, Right???

[Da...]
So I am getting negative numbers on a space point that checks .003 U/S on the diameter. The space point on the same spot gets -.0009 . Is there a bunch of cad problems with 2023??? I am having nothing but troubles.
[To...]
Please sign in to view this quote. You're comparing 1 point to a calculated diameter. Is your circle off location? Does it have form error? What were you expecting to see?
[Da...]
The SP (1 of 10 around the circles location) should show stock. The circle is showing .003 U/S all ten SPs show -.0009 to -.0007 per side (missing stock) the circle shows less than .0003 R/O and roundness of less than .0005. At the very least, the space points should show stock(+), to no stock(-). All ten show (-).
[To...]
Please sign in to view this quote. I take it this is an ID. I'm curious as to how you created the space points.
[Da...]
Made a single SP then patterned. Tried making a SP group from curves , but that only produced 1 result.
[To...]
So you selected Define Space Point, clicked on the model, then created a rotational pattern. If so, did you modify the nominal values of the space point to get the point where you wanted?
[Da...]
No., just clicked a point and applied the pattern.
