[Ri...] Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 I have downloaded "ZEISS CALYPSO 2022 full version (7.4)" twice now and attempted to install it twice. Each time it doesn't install Calypso, just the utilities, SQL, etc. Stylus System Creator. ZEISS Tracer Service. ZEISS CMM Agent. ZEISS BfexService. The install doesn't create an uninstall for 7.4 or any of the required Icons and or shortcuts to run v7.4. I have v2017 (6.4) installed. [Ri...] Posted January 17 Author Share Posted January 17 Please sign in to view this quote. Yes I do this all the time. What I had to do. 1. Uninstall Calypso v2017. 2. Remove the License file and dongle. 3. Re-install Calypso v2017 with no dongle or License. 4. Install Calypso v2022 with no dongle or License. 5. Apply License and dongle. I am curious that applying the license file for v2017 (SMA expired) when it was installed may have prevented installing v2022 (SMA active and Planner belongs to the v2022 software).
