[Ke...] Posted January 16, 2024 Share Posted January 16, 2024 From what I recall, this is a fairly generic error that can have many causes. Some quick things to check: Is the CMM on any of the end limits? Is the air pressure correct? Beyond these I would recommend contacting Zeiss Hardware service, they can assist with diagnosis and repair.
